The request appears in the studio calendar. Open the visit, review the details, and approve it. The status updates, and the action is recorded in the visit history.
The private appointment link lets the client review their visit and move or cancel it within the studio rules. Here, we move the appointment to another available time.
Back in the calendar, the moved appointment is ready. Mark the client as arrived, then complete the visit when the service is finished. Clear statuses keep the team informed.
