References, designs and public gallery
Distinguish working files from photos intended for the public portfolio.
Check file permissions and consent for publishing photos. These steps apply to your current studio. Available actions depend on your account permissions. Before making changes, check that you have opened the correct record.
- Open the correct tattoo project and review attached references before adding a new design.
- Add the working file to the project. Check its preview and association with the correct client.
- Publish only selected photos with valid consent to the portfolio. Check the public gallery afterwards.
Uploading a private file does not make it public. Hiding it from the gallery does not delete the working file from history.
