Multiple locations and shared specialists
Link your locations while retaining separate settings, schedules and permissions.
You need active owner membership at every linked location. These steps apply to your current studio. Available actions depend on your account permissions. Before making changes, check that you have opened the correct record.
- In Settings → Business locations, create a location or link another location you own.
- Switch to that location before editing its address, time zone, services, resources and working schedules.
- Link the profiles belonging to the same specialist and set the required travel time.
Linking does not automatically grant access to another location’s clients. Overlapping appointments for a shared specialist are rejected.
